Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please silence your cell phone and electronic devices upon arrival. Late arrivals may be subject to a reduced treatment time. Please complete all forms sent to you electronically before arriving for your appointment. 

Gratuity is appreciated, but not expected. Industry standard is typically 20% of the full service price, but it is up to the client's discretion based upon quality of service provided. 

Gratuity is accepted via cash, Venmo, or Credit Cards. 

Services are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat any medical or skin condition. You should consult your doctor if you are experiencing any medical or skin concern. Please inform your provider ahead of time of any medical condition and if you require any accommodations for disabilities or special needs. Skin By NV has the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

Clients under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Ages 13-17 years old can enjoy facials and waxing (not including bikini area). Ages 13-15 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Ages 16 through 17 must have a parent or guardian on the premises during the entire service.

A credit card on file is required to reserve all appointments. A 72 hour notice is required for  cancellation or rescheduling of any service to avoid being charged  a $75 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no shows will be charged for the full amount of the service scheduled. By scheduling you agree to the strict street  cancellation policy.

Skin by NV reserves the right to modify, discount or change services and prices without notice to ensure the maximum standards of service and quality are being met. Rates and services may vary based on products, pricing and promotional services.

Skin by NV makes every effort to ensure our customers are satisfied with the services provided. All services, cancellation fees and packages/series purchased are final sale. Skin by NV is not able to offer any refunds on such services.

We understand that sometimes your skin may not react as expected to  various ingredients. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from Skin By NV, we welcome any slightly used products (must be 90% full) for a return if they did not work for you. We will help you select an alternative product of equal value or you may request a full refund. If you have not received a treatment or skincare consultation from Skin By NV prior to purchasing a product your product sale is final.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All gift certificates have an expiration date of 12 months from the purchase date.
